I bring the ham, the equipment and everything needed for the carving. You tell me when and where the event is, how many guests are coming and how the evening is planned.
On site, I follow the pace of the room. Guests can come over, watch and receive jamon just after it is carved. It needs no stage and no separate programme.
Where it fits
Before dinner or throughout a longer reception. I carve and serve continuously as guests arrive and move through the room.
The carving is visible without taking over the event. Guests choose when they want to come over.
For an evening where you want to serve something genuinely good and let it follow the rest of the programme.

How it works
Once I have the date, location, guest count and outline of the evening, I can plan the ham and the service.
You send the essential details. I select a whole jamon iberico de bellota to suit the guest count.
I prepare the carving station, open the ham and serve thin slices as they are cut.
I adapt the carving to the pace of the event and the guests. Some evenings are shorter, others longer.
Price
One whole carefully selected jamon iberico, equipment, preparation, hand carving and serving on site are included. One ham serves up to about 80 reception guests.
