Weddings · Stockholm
A whole jamon iberico de bellota, carved on site as your guests gather. I adapt the service to your plans, from the welcome reception and into the evening.
BOOK FOR A WEDDINGEl servicio
I bring the ham, the equipment and everything needed for the carving. You send the date, location, guest count and an outline of the day.
You decide where jamon fits best in the wedding. I follow the schedule and serve as I carve, with no fixed tasting time for guests to keep.
Where it fits
I begin carving as guests arrive and serve while everyone gathers.
Jamon is served continuously while photographs are taken, rooms change or dinner is prepared.
The carving station can remain open after dinner when the celebration becomes less formal.

Planning
Every wedding has its own pace. Once I know how the day is arranged, I can plan the carving so it fits without directing the rest of the evening.
You send the date, location, guest count and the part of the day when you would like the jamon served.
I prepare the carving station, open the ham and begin when it suits the schedule.
I carve as the service unfolds and adapt the amount and pace to your guests.
Price
One whole carefully selected jamon iberico, equipment, preparation, hand carving and serving on site are included. One ham serves up to about 80 reception guests.
